YOUJI YB series

The horizontal lathes with flat bed, with 3 guides, series YB, are the result of a series of studies carried out by YOU JI on the entire range of its horizontal lathes, from which it emerged that their main objective is the great versatility of use so that the machine in question is suitable for machining in the energy, oil, wind, mining, rail, steel, oil, transmission, nuclear, aeronautical, shipbuilding, earthmoving, moulds, automotive, transport, textiles sectors and mechanics in general.

YB models can be equipped with various types of tool-holding turrets and steady rests with manual or hydraulic control, for use where the variety of workpieces to be machined is wide, benefiting from the overall rigidity determined by the proximity of the turret to the workpiece.

The YB line includes a series of horizontal lathes and turning centers for milling, drilling and deep boring, with platform diameter from 610 to 1,400 mm, turning diameter up to 1,600 mm, turning length up to 8,000 mm, equipped with spindle motor with power up to 75 Kw and milling motor with power up to 22 Kw.
